Weekly Pool Cleaning
Starting at $150 per month
This is our most popular service option. Our standard service includes weekly visits to net, brush, and vacuum your pool or spa. All of our maintenance programs come with weekly pictures and chemical readings sent directly to your email. Chemicals are included in the price.
Bi-weekly Service
Starting at $100 per month
This is identical to our standard weekly service, except we come every other week. This is ideal for pools with automatic covers.
Weekly Hot Tub Service
Starting at $120 per month
Our weekly hot tub service includes weekly visits to make sure your spa is spotless and ready for you anytime. All of our maintenance programs come with weekly pictures and chemical readings sent directly to your email. Chemicals are also included in the price.
Bi-Weekly Hot Tub Service
Starting at $80 per month
The bi-weekly hot tub service is ideal for spas that have an effective cover and are not used often. This service includes the same cleaning process as the weekly service. All of our maintenance programs come with weekly pictures and chemical readings sent directly to your email. Chemicals are also included in the price.
Filter Cleaning
$125 for a standard D.E. filter
Pool and spa filters need to be cleaned at least twice every year. Our filter cleaning includes a complete disassembly of your filter. The dirty filter grids and parts will be cleaned in your preferred location. After inspecting the grids and key components, the filter will be reassembled and new diatomaceous earth will be added to the skimmer.
Salt Cell Cleaning
$75 for a one time cleaning
Salt cells need to be maintained in order to keep producing chlorine efficiently. This process includes the removal of the salt cell from the plumbing and using diluted muriatic acid to remove the mineral deposits. Most cells have o-rings on both ends which need to be lubricated each time.
Acid Wash
Starting at $499
Acid washes can improve pool plaster appearance by removing stains. Every situation is different and will be discussed during the free consultation. Results will vary. Larger pools are an additional charge.
New Pool Start-Up
Starting at $200
If your pool has been remodeled or drained for any reason and you just added fresh water, chemicals need to be added for proper maintenance. Chlorine and conditioner must be added to protect against bacteria. In salt pools, chlorine is not required but additional conditioner is needed. The PH must also be balanced during the startup. All of this is included in the cost and we will also do a full test on the new water. Startups for salt pools does not include the price of salt.
New Plaster Start-Up
Starting at $999
New plaster startup is a critical phase of your pool's construction or remodel and must be done correctly. A variety of chemicals are needed during a plaster startup as well as daily visits for the first two weeks. This price includes all the chemicals and daily cleanings for 14 days. Acid startups and larger pools will be an additional charge.
Pool Motor Installation
$200
Replacing a pool pump motor that has gone bad requires disconnecting the electrical from the old motor and rewiring the new motor. We must also remove the impeller and install a new pump seal. The seal and installation are included in the price.
Heater Installation
Starting at $350
Heater installations are all unique and can present a variety of challenges. This price is for the replacement of a heater with the same model replacement. Changing the heater model requires modifications to the gas line, plumbing, and possibly electrical. The total cost of installation with those additional changes is usually about $500
